The highlight of my week was discovering the British journal, Ernest. Someone from my office subscribes to this bi-annual journal and asked if I wanted to read it in order to occupy myself at work. I couldn't put it down! The journal is filled with interesting stories of travel, crafts, people, art and food. They can take a topic I normally would have no interest in and make it fascinating.
