Halloween Costume

Believe it or not it is basically Halloween and therefore time to get your costume together. Last year Allie and I said we were not going to dress up or go out on Halloween. For some reason sometime in the afternoon on October 31st we decided we wanted to get dressed up and go out. We needed an easy costume and came up with the idea to be the emoji of the two girls in black leotards with the bunny ears. I must have driven hundreds of miles all over southeast Louisiana looking for ears and a black leotard. Things were not looking good until I decided to check American Apparel. $40 later we had our black leotards and I ended up having to make our ears (thank you Lauren Conrad). For that price we decided our Halloween costumes for the foreseeable future would involve a black leotard. This year we are going to be ballerinas.

We decided we wanted to be ballerinas a long time ago but recently ballet inspired fashion posts keep popping up! It was this article that led us to buy these shoes. All we need now are tutus and hair gel to make a perfect bun!
